When do I need to book?
It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. To secure your booking a deposit is required.
How is my room mate chosen?
Unless you are paying a singles supplement we will arrange shared accommodation on your behalf. We will select someone of the same gender, similar age with same smoking preferences where possible.
Do I have to stay with the group?
There is no obligation to always be with the group. It is your holiday and your choice to do as much or as little as you like.
What are the Extra Activities?
At most destinations we arrange a variety of extra activates which are completely optional. Please note the optional excursions will usually incur an additional charge and it is entirely your choice to join in or not.
Do I need travel insurance?
Singles World Travel and our preferred travel agent highly recommend all travelers take out insurance. Peace of mind is usually worth more that the cost of insurance. Should you need, Singles World Travel in conjunction with our preferred travel agent, can arrange your insurance.
Can I extend my trip?
In most case with prior arrangement you can extend you trip. Please advise Singles World Travel and our preferred travel agent at the time of booking if you would like to extend your vacation. Additional charges will apply in most cases.
Can I pay in installments?
Once you have paid your deposit to secure your booking you can pay in installments as long as the balance is made by the due date.
What happens if the tour is cancelled?
We can never foresee every possibility. If for some reason we have to cancel the trip due to insufficient numbers or events beyond our control your money will be refunded in full.
How can I make payments?
Payments can be made via Cheque, direct deposit, in person or with any credit card. Please note Bankcard, MasterCard and visa attract a 2.5% interest charge and Amex and Diners 3.5%.
